Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and manage pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team (50–60 bookings per month)
• You work independently and can plan your own week, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets
• You maintain and proactively grow your customer base
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for acquired customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or previous employment is a plus, but career changers are welcome
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid Class B driver's license required
• No specific degree required
• Very good written and spoken German
