Support projects and initiatives within the Commercial Excellence area by conducting analyses (both quantitative and qualitative in nature)
Responsible for obtaining, organizing, and validating data for analyses
Perform analyses and progressively take responsibility for recommending actions/solutions
Prepare presentations of completed work and gradually take on responsibility for delivering presentations
Validate results and propose recommendations in coordination with the manager
Participate in internal projects and initiatives, presenting a well‑founded line of argument to support the proposed rationale
Monitor sales performance and produce detailed reports
Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve challenges
Interact with partner areas (primarily, but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR and Finance) to execute activities related to projects and initiatives under your responsibility
Provide support to partner (local) teams on projects involving other areas in executing agreed project activities
Support the design and execution of reports/analyses and training/capacity‑building for the commercial team (content design, coordination with vendors, preparation of support materials)
Requirements
Solid experience in the activities described above
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred)
Degrees in Engineering or Statistics also considered
