Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, leading multi-channel programs across digital, content, and events.
Translate market, customer, and performance data into actionable insights by crafting targeted, compelling experiences that resonate with Canadian insurers and key stakeholders.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.
Collaborate with experienced professionals across North America, contributing to initiatives that span multiple solution areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
8+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience.
Experience owning end-to-end integrated marketing programs with measurable ROI.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing investment.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels.
Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management.
Strong data analysis and performance measurement expertise.
Strong writing skills for marketing materials and experience in annual planning documents and other marketing deliverables.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs and external market dynamics.
Ability to successfully operate in a hybrid work environment with in-office expectations of two days per week.
Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) to support engagement with clients and stakeholders across Canada.
