Role Overview
- Analysis of court decisions and initiation of appropriate measures;
- Preparatory and post-hearing procedures;
- Case updates in Advwin (case management system);
- Negotiation and execution of settlements;
- Management of expert assessments and expert examinations;
- Development and implementation of debt recovery strategies;
- Closing of case files and matters;
- Management of compliance with court-ordered obligations;
- Management of evidentiary/supporting materials and evaluation of case outcomes;
- Drafting of procedural documents and legal pleadings;
- Preparation of reports;
- Recording data in the firm's internal system;
- Representation at hearings;
- Technical representation before institutions;
- Technical representation to clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in debt recovery operations.
