Build strong relationships with recruiting leaders and the recruitment team to forecast and plan key staffing initiatives and maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
Identify passive candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and industry networking, cold calling, in-person appointments, and referrals
Source candidates using current best practices and techniques across multiple disciplines and locations
Effectively translate position requirements from the hiring team into a concise sourcing profile
Successfully execute multiple sourcing projects with minimal supervision
Use Workday ATS and other systems to track and communicate with candidates
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding employment practices
Maintain an understanding of Barry‑Wehmiller’s culture, organizational structure, and open positions
Research and keep up-to-date on market trends and recruitment best practices for applicable functional areas
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience with current sourcing techniques and a proven record of placing high-quality professionals
Proven track record of identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidates
Strong technical skills with MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards
In-depth experience with recruiting techniques and employment terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
Proven ability to match top talent to career opportunities and organizational culture

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with people at all levels
Successful experience building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
