5+ years of experience in UX Design
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or similar
Proven experience leading user research and design projects, and managing teams with an emphasis on cross-collaboration
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, consumer behavior/psychology, user research, and iterative design and testing techniques
Comfortable presenting user flows from the customer/consumer perspective to stakeholders
Proven ability to lead user research and testing with customers to generate unbiased feedback
Proficient designing for digital experiences: web, mobile web, native app
Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools
