The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with internal TA Team and occasionally with business leaders to understand position and business requirements.
Support effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent through a fair and inclusive recruitment process
Source and screen candidate applications and job postings to match applicants with job requirements.
Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates.
Prepare interview guides, schedule interviews, reserve locations, calendar invites, prepare materials and overall logistics for interviews.
Maintain communication with candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing or Human Resources experience with an understanding of full life cycle recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have some experience Recruiting in a Corporate environment or a combination of Corporate and Agency environments.
Effective understanding in how to consult with and be a value-add partner to the BU leaders for organizations of support, in addition to screening and sourcing skills.
High degree of initiative, proactive in nature, results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Solid project management and organization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to multi-task and prioritize are essential.
Applicant Tracking System and proactive sourcing experience is ideal.
