Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages.
Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions.
Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions.
Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand.
Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment.
Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred.
Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to confidently approach and engage guests.
Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
