Role Overview
- Monitor high excess cyber claims and potential cyber claims
- Draft acknowledgment letters in response to new notices
- Conduct, coordinate and direct investigation into loss facts and extent of damages
- Confirm coverage of claims by reviewing policies and documents submitted in support of claims
- Evaluate information on coverage, liability and damages to determine the extent of an insured's exposure
- Participate in special projects or assist other team members as requested
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information
- Provide excellent and professional customer service
- Set reserves within authority or make claim recommendations concerning reserve changes to manager
- Reconcile claim payments and investigate unpaid deductible obligations
- Prepare claim files for closure and provide other support functions for examiners and managers
- Analyze claim data and prepare claim reports as needed by manager
Requirements
- High school degree required
- College degree, professional designation and/or related job experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to proactively self-manage a high volume caseload
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- US Work Authorization required
