Conduct outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses
Introduce the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partners
Confidently represent the practice and communicate the value of its services
Build rapport and establish professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Schedule face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businesses
Generate referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspa
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral partners
Track outreach activities and appointment outcomes
Research and contact businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practice
Maintain an organized prospect pipeline
Provide regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetings
Support practice growth through consistent prospecting efforts
Requirements
Previous outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is required
Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred
Dental industry experience is highly preferred
Medspa or aesthetics industry experience is a plus
Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred
Excellent outbound sales and prospecting skills
Strong cold-calling confidence
Appointment setting experience
Ability to build rapport and develop business relationships
