About this role
Role Overview
Assist the program director in management and direction of the adult neurology residency program.
Ensure program compliance with accreditation standards and maintain documentation.
Coordinate educational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, clinical competency, and program evaluation.
Function as a liaison between residents, fellows, departments, attending physicians, administration, and outside institutions.
Provide oversight for budgets, purchasing, and procurement for program funds.
Track and ensure compliance with procedures regarding licensing, moonlighting, monitoring duty hours, and re-credentialing of trainees.
Perform all Match responsibilities and correspond with newly matched trainees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
Relevant Experience (2 Years).
