About this role
Role Overview
Lead daily stand-up meetings and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
Support project team in coordinating tasks across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Help manage project timelines, track progress, and remove roadblocks
Serve as liaison for CNB project clients, including information gathering and documentation
Ensure effective communication with clients needing support throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain detailed documentation for projects, users, and tests
Handle billing data entry into iLabs and ensure accurate record-keeping
Maintain the online CNB training platform and provide training as needed
Assist with data management and administer CNB to research subjects as needed
Collaborate with the DevOps Team for feature delivery and debugging
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Clinical Psychology, Biomedical Science, or a related field
2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and facilitate meetings
Experience with iLabs or similar billing/service-center platforms is preferred but not required
