Support business transformation and accelerate growth by applying modern technology, AI driven approaches and newest neuroscience insights for learning
Establish global standards, frameworks, and governance for Learning & Development
Design and oversee a high-quality, global learning portfolio, aligned with business priorities
Ensure effective development of impactful learning solutions (digital, blended, and classroom formats)
Define guidelines and processes for learning in the flow of work, including learning transfer and sustainability measures
Support the identification of learning needs across functions, leadership levels, and regions
Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact
Implement KPIs, reporting, and analytics to monitor effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
Drive the implementation and update of the global learning technology ecosystem
Continuously screen external trends and innovations in digital learning and integrate them where relevant
Manage a global team of learning technology specialists and instructional designers
Enable and support local L&D teams to build strong digital and classroom training capabilities
Foster collaboration across countries and functions to create synergies and share best practices
Requirements
Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR fields, ideally in an international environment
Proven track record in building and implementing global learning strategies and frameworks
Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, digital learning, and learning technologies
Experience with learning analytics, KPIs, and measuring learning effectiveness
Hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking and strong execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or comparable qualification)
