Oversee the execution of centralized monitoring reviews and ensure activities follow established risk frameworks and methodologies.
Manage workflow and task allocation across PC Monitoring Group to ensure timely and high-quality review execution.
Perform quality checks, validate findings, and ensure accurate categorization, documentation, and escalation of issues.
Serve as the escalation point for complex cases and support consistent application of monitoring standards.
Identify patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring outputs.
Collaborate closely with Operational Intelligence to integrate monitoring insights into dashboards and analytical products.
Prepare consolidated monitoring summaries and contribute to periodic reporting for global and regional Compliance leadership.
Report compliance monitoring results in accordance with global requirements, ensuring transparency and consistency across the region.
Recommend enhancements to monitoring methodologies, sampling strategies, and review criteria.
Ensure monitoring activities align with global compliance expectations and reflect evolving risk priorities.
Maintain strong documentation, audit-readiness, and governance practices across all monitoring processes.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Monitoring & Trending Specialists.
Engage with Compliance Officers, Legal, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders on monitoring results, clarifications, and follow-up actions.
Support training, capability building, and knowledge-sharing within the Monitoring & Trending team and across the PC.
Execute regionally assigned compliance training programs in accordance with global compliance requirements, defined curricula, and rollout plans.
Coordinate and manage delivery of compliance trainings for CPC teams and other in-scope audiences, ensuring timely completion and consistent execution across locations.
Operationalize updates to compliance training requirements, including new or revised policies, standards, and risk priorities, by ensuring effective local rollout and reinforcement.
Partner with Compliance Capability, Learning, and regional Compliance teams to align training execution with enterprise compliance frameworks while avoiding duplication or misalignment.
Monitor training execution effectiveness through completion metrics, feedback, and observed compliance outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support knowledge reinforcement and practical application of compliance requirements through ongoing engagement, guidance, and capability-building activities.
Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse compliance team across multiple locations.
Foster a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field.
4–7 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring, with proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
Experience guiding or coaching team members or acting as a subject-matter lead.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
Strong communication skills with ability to explain monitoring findings clearly and constructively.
Fluency in English is required.
