Responsible for prospecting, developing and retaining clients in the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba regions.
Focus on the sale of concrete circular pipes and precast box culverts intended for stormwater drainage and sanitary sewer works.
Consultative selling approach with the ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and specifications.
Established relationships with key industry stakeholders — construction companies, land developers, public agencies and design engineers.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales within the infrastructure, construction, or precast concrete products sector.
Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans: urban and rural stormwater drainage; sanitary sewer systems (collectors, outfalls/emissaries, inspection chambers/manholes).
Technical knowledge to specify between circular pipes and precast box culverts, including solutions for high flow capacities and underground conduits.
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred:
Degree in Civil Engineering — provides greater technical credibility with designers, site inspectors and public agencies, and facilitates defending product specifications during the project phase.
Previous experience supporting or following public bidding/tender processes.
Proven track record of commercial results with targets met.
Familiarity with bidding platforms (ComprasNet, BLL, municipal portals).
