The Benefits Sales Executive builds a relationship with the clients/brokers/general agents/partners/association and partners with internal Asure employees, adding value to Asure by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business.
Through relationship excellence, the customer views the Sales Executive as a trusted advisor.
The Sales Executives must know their customers’ needs and take serious action regarding the customer’s queries.
He or she should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Ownership of the various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Coordinates client/broker conference calls during the sales process
Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs
Work closely with Sr. Sales Executive to ensure accurate managing of the client/broker
Collect and prepare contract and setup documents for Implementation
Bi-weekly team meetings with Benefit Operations Director and Client Services Supervisor to ensure all teams are up to date with changes within the departments
Updating all sales activity in Salesforce
Prepare proposals, pricing for new sales, demos, etc.
Increase sales by cross-selling/up-selling
Weekly sales meetings
Build new broker/association/partner relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Minimum of 3 years COBRA, FSA & HSA consultative software sales experience
