Assist customers in requests for information and resolve customer complaints
Communicate with customers to answer inquiries
Process incoming inquiries in Customer Care
Process RMAs/CCFs and information in required computer programs
Work with other departments to meet customer needs
Improve work procedures for Customer Service using lean manufacturing principles

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 to 5 years experience in a customer service related position
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and order processing software
Working knowledge of inventory, manufacturing and database software
Ability to read and interpret documents in English
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
