Leading XPLORE trainings, 10-week disciple-making trainings, and 9-month groups.
Modeling evangelism, mobilization, and discipleship tools using the MAWL (Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) approach.
Contextualizing and developing Spanish-language missions and mobilization resources.
Coaching and caring for Latino national leaders (pastors and lay mobilizers) in goal setting, strategy, the sending process, and use of mobilization tools.
Training national believers in disciple making and church planting.
Developing national leaders in character, vision, and leadership.
Networking and partnerships: building trusted relationships with key pastors in the U.S. at both personal and ministry levels, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, and ensuring alignment of partner organizations with Launch Global's mission and core values.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Aligned with the vision to Discover (envisionar), Develop (entrenar), and Deploy (enviar) Spanish-speaking believers to the 10/40 Window.
Has completed (or is willing to complete) the pipeline: XPLORE, 10-week training, 9-month training, and Mob Bootcamp.
Cross-cultural ministry experience (U.S.-based and/or international).
Speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently.
Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
Understands, affirms, and adheres to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
Agrees to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission.
