Role Overview
First point of contact for new Partners, vital for the Xero brand
Critical role in qualifying leads and onboarding accountants and bookkeepers into the Partner Program
Support Xero's expansion into new verticals by sourcing outbound pipelines and coordinating sales events
Identify key decision-makers and conduct thorough discovery for long-term success
Collaborate with a sales team to refine lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth handover to Account Executives
Establish a presence in new verticals through targeted outbound sourcing
Qualify a high volume of inbound leads to introduce them to Partner products
Manage and update prospecting records within Salesforce for better data analysis
Coordinate and execute sales-led events
Requirements
Passion for the SaaS industry and desire to help small businesses thrive through technology
Clear, kind, and effective communication style for building strong relationships with potential partners
Resourceful approach to identify new business opportunities and drive interest across channels
Analytical skills to assess performance and optimize lead generation approach
Ability to learn and adapt to new software in a fast-paced environment
