L ocat e CADS in the design server in accordance with style numbers, then upload and arrange them to FileMaker
Update CADs with appropriate information for catalog and showroom binders
Fulfill group CAD requests via FileMaker and email for jpeg images to supplement the sales team database (called OA)
C reat e and email presentation sheets to factories
A ssist in recoloring and rendering cads in Photoshop
Occasionally a ssist CAD Artists in creating flat sketches
C reate digital color palates

Basic experience with photoshop and illustrator is required
Filemaker experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Positive, friendly & reassuring demeanor
Ability to take initiative and work independently; capable of executing tasks without constant supervision
Ability to maintain discretion & confidentiality
