About this role

Provide leadership and direction to Case Managers and Supervisors
Ensure day-to-day operations align with company and customer guidelines
Oversee the assignment of referrals and adherence to Opus Medical guidelines
Conduct regular reviews of departmental reports, invoices, and performance metrics
Uphold compliance with policies regarding personal health information
Manage human resources matters within the department
Provide clinical oversight and direction for case management activities
Participate in marketing and client support activities as needed

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience is required
A minimum of 3-5 years in case management
Supervisory or leadership experiences is preferred
Strong working knowledge of case management principles, workers’ compensation, and/or managed care options
Proficiency in case management platforms and Microsoft is expected
Thorough understanding of HIPAA and all applicable regulations governing personal health information (PHI and IIHI)
