Nursing Specialist, Advisor for Household Helpers – part-time (secondary employment)

Role Overview

• Professional guidance – supporting employees and caregivers within the framework of offers for everyday support according to Section 45a SGB XI
• Clinical nursing guidance – advising and instructing on professional questions and caregiving situations
• Case reviews – participation in case discussions, team meetings and professional conferences
• Training and continuing education – support in training sessions and professional development measures
• Quality assurance – professional input to further develop the quality of our services
• Documentation – clear and reproducible documentation of services provided
• Flexible delivery – in person, by phone and digitally possible.

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, social pedagogue, special needs educator, physician, B.A. Social Work, registered nurse, health nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, family carer, home care worker, curative education worker, educator, operations manager, hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, cook, housekeeper, village aide)
• Professional experience in the care or health sector – confident in instruction, advising and professional exchange
• Quality awareness – attention to professional standards and quality assurance
• Strong communication skills, empathy and structured working style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
