Coordinate and manage U.S. employment-based immigration cases including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, PERM, and permanent residence processes
Partner with external immigration counsel to prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with USCIS and any other relevant governmental agencies
Track case progress and maintain accurate immigration records and case management systems
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding immigration status, timelines, and documentation requirements
Monitor visa expirations, work authorization dates, and compliance deadlines
Assist with H-1B cap season planning, including candidate identification, documentation collection, and petition preparation coordination
Ensure company compliance with U.S. immigration regulations and public access file requirements
