About this role
Role Overview
Independent outpatient care at several modern locations in the region (including Schömberg, Gosheim, Rangendingen and Bisingen) — according to your clinical judgment.
Hybrid working according to your needs: on site in the practice or via telemedicine from home, flexibly combined.
Short lines of communication and streamlined decision-making: modern infrastructure, real-time communication and digital tools that truly make daily work easier — not technology for technology's sake.
Opportunity to help shape our medical vision: expansion of primary care structures and new approaches to everyday treatment.
An honest feedback culture with regular meetings and genuine say in strategy and practice design.
High quality standards and continuous quality assurance.
Requirements
Completed specialist training in General Medicine (ideally with outpatient practice experience) — or in Internal Medicine if you are interested in developing outpatient care structures.
Strong interpersonal skills, clinical excellence, and an independent, economically responsible working style.
Excellent written and spoken German.
Desirable, but not required: additional qualifications such as diabetology, palliative medicine or basic psychosomatic care.
Benefits
Above-average compensation with fixed and variable components — transparent and fair.
Signing bonus of up to €5,000.
Financial support for relocation.
Additional earning opportunities through telemedicine consultations outside your regular hours.
Benefits tailored to your life situation — e.g., gym or childcare subsidies.
Part-time or full-time from 20% to 100% — we will find a model that fits your life.
Hybrid working with home office option.
Regular working hours without weekend shifts.
30 days annual leave.
5 days paid professional development per year.
Funding for additional qualifications.
Training in billing, IT infrastructure and digital practice management.
