Role Overview
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Supporting the team in Muttenz
- Creating and modifying products
- Implementing and correcting new vehicle models
- Reviewing and issuing approvals for special requests
- Adjusting general insurance terms and product descriptions
- Coordinating flyer mailings to dealers
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for quality assurance
- Taking on acting/backup responsibilities within the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training
- Ideally, initial experience in product or dealer management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Independent, structured, and quality-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Enjoy interacting with customers and a solution-focused mindset
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of additional languages such as English, French, or Italian is an advantage
- Swiss German is an advantage
