Requirements
- 2+ years working with UGC creators, influencer campaigns, or content production for apps or games
- English proficiency with a real feel for the tone and cultural references of social platforms
- Self-driven: you don’t need to be micromanaged.
- Digital native's instincts: you live on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Serious organization paired with people skills.
- Strategic sense: you understand personas, pain points, and how creative maps to business outcomes.
- Enough paid social or UA fluency to read performance data and understand CAC, CTR, and hook rate.
- Experience localizing content for non-US markets.
