Role Overview
- Provide routine technical support for documentation, training, compliance, product release, and scheduling
- Collects, reviews, and analyzes data
- Make decisions independently, addressing and resolving problems according to written procedures
- May supervise or train employees
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Requirements
- BS/BA degree preferably in a STEM field
- QA II: minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- QA III: minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- QA work experience, experience reviewing BPRs
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, detail oriented
