Participate in the full development lifecycle (analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment);
Design and implement solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures;
Lead legacy system modernization initiatives, ensuring integration with new technologies;
Implement and promote DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines;
Ensure the application of secure development best practices (AppSec);
Develop integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and messaging platforms;
Work on continuous improvements to application performance, scalability, and resilience;
Support technical decision-making and serve as a reference point for development teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field;
Proven experience in the role;
Differential: experience working on public administration/government projects.
