Conducting complex patient revenue analyses, executing rate calculations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Transforming clinical and financial data into actionable insights.
Supporting contract and reimbursement-related analysis.
Partnering cross-functionally to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
Conducting monthly and quarterly variance analysis across patient revenue components.
Conducting variance analyses on actuals vs. forecast/budget, highlighting drivers and recommending corrective actions.
Executing patient revenue rate calculations to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
Collaborating with Clinical Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to identify revenue leakage, quantify impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance or Data Science required.
4 years of experience related to healthcare revenue (multi-site multi-payer) required.
Experience related to large, complicated data set analysis required.
Accounting, Finance or RCM knowledge is a plus.
