Collect and interpret data from various employee-related sources;
Develop dashboards and participate in basic analyses to identify trends and patterns in the data;
Collaborate with other HR teams and the cross-functional Data team;
Contribute to the use of data in projects aimed at improving the employee experience, identifying opportunities to build metrics;
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor low-complexity indicators, including development and performance monitoring of these indicators;
Monitor and participate in process-mapping phases related to HR to ensure an effective mapping cycle with the Process Mapping team and identify potential points for data collection;
Support training for the use of People Analytics tools;
Follow best-practice data governance guidelines.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
Data analysis skills;
Data visualization skills;
Experience with analytical tools;
Knowledge of data governance and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
Basic statistics;
Understanding of HR processes and context.
