About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a central point of coordination across channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, operations, and enterprise partners.
Drive alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives across stakeholder groups.
Establish and maintain operating rhythms that support prioritization, decision-making, accountability, and execution.
Monitor key initiatives and proactively identify and remove barriers to execution.
Lead and advance strategic growth initiatives aligned with Principal Owner channel priorities and advisor success.
Enhance visibility into business performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Leverage data, field insights, and strategic analysis to inform leadership decisions and business planning.
Improve operating models, governance frameworks, and ways of working across the organization.
Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices that improve organizational effectiveness.
Collect and prioritize field feedback through established engagement channels and forums.
Translate stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and overall experience.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor distribution, consulting, business strategy, or related leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation efforts.
Strong knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, practice management, recruiting, and field operations.
Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience developing performance management frameworks and utilizing analytics to drive business outcomes.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
