Role Overview
- Follow-up and resolution of work orders in a timely manner
- Monitoring and compliance with DMV´s: notifications, taxes, document updates, etc.
- Generation of tracking reports, metrics, and results
- Process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related professional career
- Knowledge of process improvement and process/quality management
- Over two years of work experience in administrative areas, logistics, processes, quality, operations; customer service experience is desirable
- English level 50% (preferred)
