- Success with delivering Workday implementations
- Managing large teams on complex global projects
- Specialist Workday advice and process optimization
- Business development and sales initiatives
- Leading the growth of the Workday practice
- Advising on technical integration of Workday
- Knowledge of data migration and data integrity
- Workday system design, build, and deployment experience
