Role Overview
- gather requirements across multiple product development teams and stakeholders
- maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for impact and effectiveness
- identify customer needs, experience maps, and requirements to maximize usage
- collaborate to ensure design and product architecture standards are aligned and implemented
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- 7+ years preferred financial services experience
- knowledge of regulatory requirements to illustrate lifetime income from annuity payments
- knowledge of TIAA’s products and services, including TIAA’s suite of core annuities (Fixed and Variable)
- experience with AI (specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering and Generative & Agentic AI)
