Role Overview
- Provide exceptional service to policyholders as a Field Property Adjuster
- Conduct on-site inspections and prepare estimates for claims
- Handle virtual claims using software platforms
- Investigate property claims and interpret policies
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video
- Negotiate claims settlements and maintain detailed records
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing water damage estimates preferred
- Previous experience as a property adjuster preferred
- Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Must be able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access roofs up to 6/12 pitch
- Must reside within 50 miles of an airport
