Lead end-to-end AR operations: billing, collections, and cash applications
Drive cash performance: improve collections, reduce aging and bad debt
Build and execute a roadmap for automation and process optimization across AR workflows
Partner with IT and Workday admins to implement systems, integrations, and workflow tools that reduce manual work
Leverage data and analytics (e.g., dashboards, BI tools) to improve leadership visibility and decision-making
Apply predictive insights / AI-enabled approaches to prioritize collections and identify risks
Standardize processes and strengthen controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and coach a high-performing team; set clear goals and accountability, including resources in our Global Delivery Center located in India
Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and key clients on AR strategy and performance

10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or related functions
5+ years leading teams (including managers)
Proven ability to improve cash performance and operational efficiency
Experience driving automation, system implementations, or digital transformation in finance
Strong analytical skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or similar
Familiarity with workflow/automation tools (RPA or equivalent) and system integrations
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions
Solid understanding of accounting principles and close processes
Experience with Workday or similar AR systems preferred
