Bachelor's degree
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
Strong visual design skills
Web-development literacy required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience building rich, evidence-based learning experiences across a variety of settings
In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
Ability to design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints
