Role Overview
- Develop and execute public relations strategies and plans supporting key business priorities
- Supervise external consultants, vendors, and agency resources
- Collaborate closely with functions such as marketing, public affairs, legal, and others
- Amplify differentiated capabilities solutions in earned media coverage and across various channels
- Conduct proactive and responsive media relations
- Protect brand equity and customer loyalty through issues management
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or relevant field
- 9+ years of internal, executive, and/or external communications or related experience
- Healthcare communications experience mandatory
- Proficiency with AI-powered drafting and content development platforms (Microsoft Copilot)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
