Senior Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview

• Participate in discovery sessions with internal business partners
• Map business processes, document findings
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions
• Apply AI tools actively in day-to-day work
• Write and maintain documentation
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing workflows
• Work across engagement types as needed

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable conducting interviews and working sessions
• Active user of AI tools in professional work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage your own work
• Experience with Cursor or other AI-powered productivity tools preferred
• Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, or business analysis frameworks a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools recommended
• Background in financial services, title insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
