Develop and deliver detailed Project Plans (PPs) in response to GSA AAS CO-approved requirements, tailoring each plan to meet the complexity and scope of the project.
Maintain PPs as evolutionary documents, updating them as requirements, conditions, and risks change throughout the project lifecycle.
Document project specifications, deliverable characteristics, organizational structures, workflows, applicable regulatory policies, risks, and mitigation strategies from project inception through closeout.
Establish and track all project milestones with clear, unambiguous target dates.
Provide an initial project schedule and update it monthly at minimum, tracking baseline start dates and percent-complete metrics.
After PP approval by the AAS CO and AAS COR, schedule and facilitate Project Kick-Off Meetings at Government-approved locations.
Host Kick-Off Meetings for all approved projects and supply structured agendas and detailed meeting minutes.
Manage a team of employees and subcontractors—including Project Managers and Site Leads—ensuring alignment to cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously when aligned by geography, mission, capability, or customer needs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate communication, timely execution, and quality delivery of all project tasks.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints while ensuring compliance with all customer and Government requirements.
Support business development, customer engagement, and project-planning activities as needed.

Requirements
6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex project plans, schedules, and milestone-driven activities
Strong knowledge of project-management practices, risk management, requirements management, and lifecycle processes
Experience leading teams that include employees and subcontractors across diverse skill areas
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to host formal meetings and provide detailed agendas, minutes, and documentation
Proficiency with project-tracking tools and methods, including schedule baselines, progress metrics, and performance monitoring
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying levels of complexity
Experience engaging with Government stakeholders, including COs, CORs, and mission partners, is highly desirable
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to ensure alignment of cost, schedule, and technical performance across all project activities.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
