Provide leadership for program and project management practitioners across IT teams.
Ensure consistent execution of delivery standards, program and project discipline, and delivery health management.
Lead and develop program managers and project managers.
Manage cross-project and cross-program dependencies to ensure coordinated delivery of outcomes.
Partner with finance and portfolio managers to manage program and project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

8 + years of progressive program and project management experience leading large-scale complex technical initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience leading teams of program managers and/or project managers.
Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong written communication and documentation capabilities.
