AllianceTek Inc. is a technology company seeking a Project Management Specialist to manage complex, high-impact projects for global enterprise customers. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping through execution and launch
- Build detailed project plans, manage resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Data Operations, QA, and Customer Success
- Track budgets, forecasting, and project performance metrics
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale, business-critical data projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or enterprise software environments
- Proven experience managing Fortune 500, global ISV, or large enterprise accounts
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and best practices (PMP/Prince2 is a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans
- Technical understanding of SQL, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in eCommerce, Retail Analytics, or Digital Shelf solutions
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Experience with web data, data pipelines, or AI/ML-driven products
- Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
