Role Overview
- Conducting investigations of confirmed fraud and suspicious activity
- Mentoring and training newly hired investigators
- Verifying and validating customer information and transaction activity
- Partnering with Lines of Business to clarify and document risk factors
- Identifying and escalating conflicting information
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, criminal justice, intelligence studies or other related field of study (preferred)
- 2+ years of investigative, relevant banking, customer contact and/or law enforcement experience (required)
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) (preferred)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) (preferred)
- Working knowledge of financial crimes policies and procedures
