About this role
Role Overview
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to elicit, analyze, validate, and document complex business requirements
- Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, business impacts, and performance drivers
- Collaborate with business leaders, architects, developers, and testing teams to design scalable and sustainable business solutions
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business partners, project teams, and end users
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, and traceability matrices
- Partner with project and program managers to define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Lead business readiness activities, including stakeholder communication, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation support
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Analytical Thinking, Business Intelligence (BI), Concept Development, Data-Driven Decision Making, Data Integration, Market Research, Performance Metrics, Qualitative Research, Strategic Planning skills
