The Community Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing community engagement.
This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who can collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Requirements
Build trusted relationships with project teams to ensure communities remain at the heart of delivery.
Engage with stakeholders, local authorities and community groups to deliver clear, proactive communication.
Manage customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely resolutions and exceptional service.
Use data and insight to identify trends, drive improvements and enhance customer experiences.
Champion customer needs, influencing decisions that protect community interests and reputation.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and able to present insights that support informed decision-making.
Passionate about making a positive difference for customers, communities and the environment.
Regular travel across the whole region will be required, especially Norwich.
