Manage portfolios of strategic global clients, ensuring long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction;
Lead executive meetings, results presentations, negotiations and contract renewals;
Analyze financial and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, service expansion and profitability;
Act in a consultative manner with clients and provide technical support to the team on higher-complexity requests;
Work in partnership with leadership to define strategies for high-value accounts.
Requirements
Advanced or fluent Mandarin (mandatory requirement);
Experience and knowledge of Chinese culture, with ease working in multicultural environments and interacting with Chinese clients (mandatory requirement);
Bachelor's degree completed; postgraduate studies are a plus;
Solid experience in strategic account management, client relationship roles or TMC operations;
Advanced or fluent Mandarin, with oral and written proficiency to conduct corporate meetings;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of KPIs, contracts and SLAs;
Analytical, consultative profile and strong negotiation skills.
