Role Overview

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls
Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and consistency
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Own working laptop/PC and noise-cancelling headset
