About this role
Role Overview
Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities
Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines
Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models
Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity
Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast visibility
Requirements
3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics, private label manufacturing, or technical product sales
Proven success managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales process
Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly via video calls
Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle sales from qualification to close
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
