You check, code, record and post incoming invoices via our invoice workflow
You process credit card and travel expense reports in line with internal policies and tax regulations
You support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings
You coordinate with business units and reconcile open items on vendor accounts
You ensure that our payment transactions run smoothly and on time
You maintain vendor master data and handle general accounting tasks
You actively participate in regular reconciliations and help continuously improve processes

You have completed a commercial vocational training focused on accounting/finance or a comparable degree and have relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in accounts payable
You are well versed in accounting under HGB (German Commercial Code) and in tax law
You have experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
You speak and write fluent German and English
You work in a structured, independent and analytical way
You bring initiative, a willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
You are a team player and enjoy actively shaping processes
