You advise growth-oriented companies strategically on SEO and AI Search, own their organic growth roadmap, and work within a specialized team that not only uses AI-powered content systems but actively develops them further.
You are responsible for your clients' organic growth – you communicate as an equal partner, develop growth roadmaps, and ensure that SEO and AI Search initiatives deliver real business results: qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
You act as the strategic advisor for your clients – you translate their goals into a clear search strategy across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity & co., and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
You understand your clients' target audiences down to the details – pain points, search intent, and the customer journey – and extract insights from sales recordings, reviews, product demos, and conversations with client-side subject-matter experts.
You discover topics and niches for editorial plans that others overlook – through in-depth keyword and competitor research as well as real customer insights.
You optimize visibility in generative search engines (GEO/AEO) – Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews & co. – and help develop how we make AI Search measurable for our clients.
You design and optimize lead magnets that provide genuine value and drive conversions.
You set the professional direction for our Content Strategists – you steer topic prioritization and quality while they produce content at scale via our AI content workflows (AirOps and our own operating system).
You are responsible for content quality assurance and oversee publishing content in clients' CMSs (primarily Webflow and WordPress).
You track performance and report in HubSpot or other CRM systems – and derive the next steps from those insights.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, content, online or growth marketing with proven results – ideally with client or stakeholder responsibility.
You have a clear point of view on the future of search and are not afraid to question established SEO playbooks – especially now as AI Search is changing everything.
You think in business metrics, not vanity metrics: rankings and traffic alone are not enough – you are measured by qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and client revenue.
You switch effortlessly between strategic overview and technical detail: you can set a quarterly growth roadmap with decision-makers and, on the same day, dive into the technical details of an AI overview or snippet optimization.
You confidently guide clients through complex topics and communicate comfortably at the decision-maker level.
Your SEO toolbox is solid (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, SurferSEO) – more important than tool knowledge is that you derive the right decisions from them.
You already work with ChatGPT, Claude & co. – and are excited to build entire systems with AI, not just individual texts.
Bonus: experience with AirOps, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
You are passionate about high-quality content for diverse audiences.
You can ramp up quickly on new topics and are a strong communicator.
You speak German and English fluently and communicate confidently in both languages in writing.
